HERE WE GO AGAIN - CCFA will travel to San Antonio in November!!

The Georgia Chapter of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America ("CCFA"), will begin training for our second half-marathon to: (i) raise awareness of these diseases; and (ii) raise funds. These funds will go towards research to find a cure for Crohn's Disease.
