On behalf of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America ("CCFA"), thank you for your support and encouragement in helping me meet my fundraising goal and representing Team Challenge - Georgia at the Inaugural San Antonio Rock n Roll Half Marathon on November 16, 2008. I could not have done this without your help.
Because of your generosity and support: (i) research is closer to finding a cure for Crohn's Disease; (ii) improved treatment options for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis are available; (iii) more children with these diseases will be able to attend Camp Oasis (a safe and supportive camp community to enrich the lives of children with Crohn's or colitis); and (iv) more people are aware of these life-threatening diseases.
